Nice :)...I wish so much that I knew how to make things like this...I really need a photoshop program but I don't know anything about it. Can you recommend what kind would be good for me to get? What kind of program do you have?

You should reed some manual about this program, it can be ordinary textbook. In this step you need just base. Than, if you have friends who know this program, you should just sit down beside him and watch, and every time ask him: o, how did you do this? :)
If you don't have person like this - Internet help you in everything ;)
I did't use book, I just started to do some thing. But I think it's not right. And I think this program not very good for people who can not draw by hands. I know in your case you can do this, but you should be very careful. Some very smart person sad that if you can do in this pogram something and nobody don't understand that you did this by computer it will be good mastery. But if people don't know how flower looks like it's not possible to do it with some special filter in Photoshop. I think this program just instrument. We should always draw by hand and never forgeting this feeling!
